I wanted to thank you so much for the generous headphone donation for our hotline. I struggle with some hearing issues sometimes on the phone and it has resulted in years of having to ask quiet callers to repeat things they have said and just the overall anxiety that comes with worrying I won’t hear crucial details. These new headphones are AMAZING. I can’t tell you how easy it is for me to hear callers and for callers to hear me. They are so effective that I actually ordered my own pair off of Amazon for my full-time job which also requires me to be on the phone 8 hours straight. It was through my own personal ordering that I saw the quality and price of this particular model and once again, it was very generous to donate such a high quality and pricey headphone. Thank you again so very much!!!

We are very grateful for your support of Raintree’s Third Annual Golf Tournament. More than 90 people joined us in raising funds to support vulnerable children in foster care as well as those with a developmental delay. Donating your time to advocate and assist Raintree truly made a difference! The golf tournament was a huge success thanks to you!

On behalf of the Friends of Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center, I would like to express our thanks to you for your overwhelmingly generous donation of $5,000. We continue to make progress towards maintaining an advocacy center that is safe, child-friendly facility where the victims of child abuse, neglect and assault can go to access the resources they need. We can’t do this alone, and the support of Telecom for Change make our efforts possible.

On behalf of UMC and UMC Foundation, we would like to thank Telecom for Change for the donation of $25,000. The donation is a testament to Telecom for Change’s generosity, as well as your commitment to the well-being of communities nationwide. Reflecting on the October 1st tragedy that struck Las Vegas, lives hung in the balance and UMC mobilized. We are now moving forward and we are bolstered by Telecom for Change’s support. Your magnanimity is an essential component of our efforts to heal the community.

This is to gratefully acknowledge that Eden House has received a $6,000 donation from your organization. Your generosity is helping to make a difference in the lives of women who have paid dearly for living in a culture that allows the buying and selling of women and children. Thank you for being a part of the movement to end this form of modern-day slavery and for empowering all women by standing up against this injustice. It was wonderful meeting all of you yesterday, and I hope your conference in New Orleans was both productive and fun!
-Susanne B. Dietzel, Ph. D.; Executive Director – Eden House
